KLIPSO WEB PLATEFORM
OPTICON, KLIPSOREADER and KLIPSOLEADS offer a secured access to a dedicated web platform protected by a username and password authentication.
The KLIPSO web platform allows you to configure a questionnaire synchronized with your KLIPSOLEADS application and/or the KLIPSOREADER devices.
The KLIPSO web platform allows you to retrieve your data (contacts file in XLS format) anytime during and after the event.
Details to access the web platform are emailed by LENI within 7 days prior to the opening of the event : web link, username and password.
The platform remains accessible for a duration of 1 month from the event’s termination date.
USE OF KLIPSOLEADS LICENSE
Your mobile device should be running either Android operating system from version 4.4 or IOS operating system from version 9.0.
The granted license is exclusively valid for the event referred to on the platform.
In case of failure or change in user, it is not possible to swap the license to a different smartphone or tablet. LENI’s support intervention is required.
CAUTION : in case the exhibitor uninstalls the KLIPSOLEADS application from his mobile device before ensuring that the collected data are correctly synchronized and stored on the dedicated web platform, all the data will be irrevocably lost.
LENI does not guarantee malfunction of user’s personal device
LENI cannot vouch for compatibility between the KLIPSOLEADS application and user’s personal device.
DATA PROTECTION
As the end user of a personal data recovery application, you are required to inform your contact of the following :
QRCODE
QR codes generated for the event can only be decrypted by using LENI’s tools.
QR codes printed on visitors badges are read by either KLIPSOLEADS application and/or KLIPSOREADER and allow you to display the main data of the contact on your device: company, name, email, phone number.
Any additional data provided by the visitor at the time of registration is also automatically stored on the platform and available in the XLS file.
Selecting the Bluetooth Printer option only allows you to print the main data fields displayed on the device.
DATA RETRIEVAL
The online KLIPSO platform allows the exhibitor to access in real time the list of contacts scanned on the stand, and upon proper device synchronization.
The XLS file’s content results directly from the data provided by visitors at the time of registration and from the data sharing choice made by the organizer. LENI shall not be liable for the relevance of the collected data.
VARIOUS
LENI shall not be liable for the network coverage 3G / 4G / and / or WIFI during the event.
Printer option is only available with the KLIPSOREADER offer.
Printer consumable (rolls of contact forms) are available for purchase onsite.
LENI assumes no responsibility for devices’ reading problems beyond its control such as lighting of event venues, plastic badge holder’s glint, device’s improper handling, etc.
GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
DEPOSIT
A 400 € non cashed deposit per device is required by cheque made out to LENI or by providing credit card details no later than the day on which the devices are retrieved from the collection point.
The devices must be returned in the condition in which they were delivered to be entitled to get the deposit back.
LENI reserves the right to retain all or part of the deposit in case of device’s damage or non-return and non-payment of the invoice.
Fees charged by LENI for damaged or non-returned device :
On the day of collection, all payments are to be settled and finalized.
LENI reserves the right not to deliver any order unpaid on the eve of the event’s opening, delay the XLS file sending for Opticon offer and/or suspend the web platform access.
Any misappropriate and outside the scope use of made available devices (mobile phones, printers, 3G/4G abusive consumption) is subject to further invoicing.
Exhibitor using his personal equipment bears the communication costs at his own expense.
